What's Happening

The field trip was very interesting. Al Watson and Penelope Shibley...

gave a wonderful tour of the new Sequoia National Forest Ranger Station.

The building is absolutely great due to all of the sustainable materials, lighting, and solar used in the building. And if you have an electric car, there are two plug-ins for your use.

The artwork on the walls was fantastic. The group even got to use the old phones from 1914 and 1934 and ring up the other group and talk.

There is a community conference room which is available for public to use, along with a visitor center store and information. Everyone enjoyed the trip.
