What's Happening

A docent is a friendly person who volunteers once a month for three hours at the Museum and answers our visitors questions. If you can smile, you can be a docent. Training and historical information is provided to all interested in becoming docents. You will meet friendly people from around the world.

You will work with two other experienced docents as you explore the museum and find things of special interest to you that you want to tell the visitors about.

If you are interested, stop in, or call the Museum, 760-376-6683, say you're interested in learning how to be a docent, and leave your name and phone number. We will contact you.
